Youth Soccer Programs
There are three youth soccer programs in the Corning area.- The Corning United Soccer Club
fields traveling teams that play competitive matches against teams in the Souther Tier.
The teams are registered with the New York State West Youth Soccer Association,
and there are teams for boys and girls ranging in ages from 11 through 19.
- The Chemung Valley Soccer Association
is a recreational league that plays locally.
It has coed teams for players ranging from 5 years old to 16 years old.
- The Corning Family YMCA provides instruction for a variety of boys and girls teams for younger players.
School Soccer Programs
There are a variety of public school soccer programs in the Corning-Painted Post area school district.- The High School
fields both boys and girls varsity and JV teams in the Southern Tier Athletic Conference (STAC).
- The Middle School fields both boys and girls modified teams.
Community College Programs
Corning Community College has men's and women's soccer teams.- The Corning Community College is the home of the Red Barons, and is a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) that competes in the Mid-State Athletic Conference (MSAC) in Region III.
